Membership dues are $25/year and runs from July 1 - June 30 of each calendar year.

Complete the online entry and mail a check made out to Dogs Gone Dancin' to: Lisa Stirnemann, 19789 Summit Hwy, Blodgett Or. 97326 - Add to Memo: Anything Goes.
Pay online via PayPal. Please note: You do not need a PayPal account to utilize the service.

Enter total at the PayPal Button ($10 for each entry i.e. 3 entries enter $30)
