Payment Options

You have two options to pay for your new membership:

Complete the online registration and mail a check made out to Dogs Gone Dancin' to: Lisa Stirnemann, 19789 Summit Hwy, Blodgett Or. 97326 - Add to Memo: New Membership Dues.
Pay online via PayPal with an additional $1 to cover transaction fees. Please note: You do not need a PayPal account to utilize the service.

N/A: Paid at event; just completing the form.

N/A: Junior member under the age of 17.

Mailing form & dues to above address.
